Everything available on the Health Wallet web experience is also available in the mobile app — including submitting claims, checking balances, and managing your account. Here’s how to find and download the app.
How to download the app
You can find the app in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device.
Search for Health Wallet Benefits.
Select the app from the search results.
Select Download (iOS) or Install (Android).
Open the app and sign in with your existing Health Wallet credentials.
Login credentials
If you already have a Health Wallet account login, you won't need to create a new one — use your existing login credentials.

About single sign-on
Single sign-on (SSO) is a method that allows users to securely access multiple websites and applications with a single set of credentials, like using your Google account to log into a non-Google website. If you log in to the Health Wallet with the same login credentials you used to access isolved, that's you!
Members with single sign-on (SSO) credentials can also access the Health Wallet mobile app by following the steps below. To sign in to the mobile app, use the “Forgot Password?” feature to reset your password. Once reset, you can log in with your email and the newly set password.
